About the role
We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team and provide consistent administrative support to internal customers. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the HR department within a hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality administrative assistance to employees and managers.
- Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR processes, including record keeping, onboarding, and employee queries.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in coordinating training, performance reviews, and other HR initiatives.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience working in a Human Resources department, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Previous experience with Hyatt or a similar hotel brand is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
