Human Resources Manager (Tiruppur)

About the role

Toram Creators, a global apparel manufacturing partner, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function at its Tiruppur facility. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management and ensure compliance with Indian labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment and develop talent‑acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement HR policies, onboarding processes, performance‑management systems and employee‑engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and ensure adherence to labour laws and compliance standards.
• Plan and deliver training and development programs to build capabilities across the workforce.
• Analyse workforce needs, forecast staffing requirements and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on retention strategies.
• Foster a positive work culture that supports productivity and employee well‑being.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Strong background in employee relations, performance management and employee engagement.
• In‑depth knowledge of Indian labour laws, compliance and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Leadership ability to coach, mentor and manage teams effectively.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the manufacturing or apparel industry is a plus.
