Human Resources Manager – On-site in Kochi

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead end‑to‑end HR operations for our on‑site teams in Kochi. The role will be full‑time and on‑site, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, interviewing and onboarding for multiple roles.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records, payroll inputs and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff on queries and workplace issues.
• Design and deliver training, development and career progression programs.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and HR process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding and managing hiring processes.
• Strong competence in performance management and unbiased employee relations.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, labour law compliance and payroll documentation.
• Ability to design training and development initiatives for diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and confidentiality practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications a plus.
• Prior experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist in construction, real estate or similar industries preferred.
