Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Human Resources Manager to join our Administration & People‑Experience team. You will shape the employee experience and ensure smooth HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full onboarding and exit processes, including orientation, documentation, and off‑boarding formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital), HR‑IS data, statutory files, attendance, and benefits documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking and benefits administration with internal teams or external vendors.
• Implement and enforce HR policies in line with labour regulations, track compliance, and support audits.
• Support performance management cycles, including appraisal logistics and follow‑up on feedback.
• Organise training, employee development initiatives, and other HR‑led programs.
• Drive employee engagement and well‑being activities, act as first point of contact for queries, and assist with grievance handling.
• Generate HR analytics, dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, attendance, compliance and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably in a tech organization.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and policy implementation.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with discretion handling sensitive information.
