Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across the organization. The role will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and employee relations while supporting business growth and a positive work culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition for all functions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and employee exit processes.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture programs.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Support payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll teams.
• Maintain HRIS, employee databases, and HR reports.
• Partner with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and HR analytics.
• Conduct training and development programs based on business needs.
• Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related specialization preferred.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience in construction, interior design, manufacturing, real estate or related industries is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
