Human Resources Manager

About the role

VANMOH is building an integrated financial services and fintech ecosystem and needs a hands‑on HR Manager to lead a centralized HR function across its group companies and branches. The role will support rapid expansion by designing scalable HR processes and ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all business units, develop manpower plans and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Design and execute a structured onboarding process, maintain employee records, and implement a centralized HRMS.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leave management and ensure statutory compliance.
• Create and enforce standardized HR policies covering recruitment, attendance, performance, promotions, disciplinary actions and benefits.
• Develop KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and support a performance‑driven culture.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional.
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to build and scale HR functions.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• HRMS (human resources management system) implementation and administration.
