About the role

The Human Resources Manager will support the full scope of HR responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. This role focuses on planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices to enhance overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth integration process.
Conduct performance management cycles and provide constructive feedback.
Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and practices.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong recruiting expertise with a proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
Demonstrated experience training managers and employees.
Excellent organizational, critical‑thinking, and communication abilities.
High attention to detail and sound judgment.
