Human Resources Manager – Full‑time, On‑site in Ahmedabad

About the role

Sofvare is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function in Ahmedabad. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, performance, and workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Develop, implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and company standards.
• Support compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, learning & development initiatives, and fostering an inclusive culture.
• Handle employee queries, conflict resolution, and maintain positive employee relations.
• Track HR metrics, prepare regular reports and drive continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
• Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably within technology or outsourcing services.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS or HR management tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
