Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management from recruitment to separation. You will partner closely with employees, managers, and cross‑functional teams to drive engagement, compliance, and efficient HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and provide timely support to staff and management.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow‑up, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define manpower needs and close open positions promptly.
• Conduct onboarding activities, including documentation, induction, and HR system updates.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR data using HRMS tools.
• Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances professionally.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
• Organise training and development programs based on organizational needs.
• Help develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws.
• Collaborate with payroll and finance for accurate payroll processing.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance, and welfare programs.
• Manage employee exits, including exit interviews and final settlements.
• Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Zoho People or similar HR software.
