Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Executive to join our fast‑growing natural personal‑care brand. You will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth processes and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, transfers, engagement activities, and off‑boarding.
• Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and maintenance of employee records.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance and upkeep of required HR documentation.
• Address employee queries across functions and provide day‑to‑day HR support.
• Assist with HR policy implementation, audits, and people‑related initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 0‑2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong interest in HR operations, payroll, and employee engagement.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
