Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will source, evaluate, and onboard top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and departments.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates.
• Prepare recruitment reports and share updates with management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (MBA) required.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Experience using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
