Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will support OHO Radio’s people operations, helping to attract, onboard, and retain talent across radio, digital, production, sales, and field teams. The role blends fast‑paced media environment needs with a people‑first mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Drive talent acquisition for media, field, and creative roles, coordinating auditions, interviews, and trial days.
• Manage onboarding, offer letters, documentation, and act as the first HR touchpoint for employees.
• Track attendance, leaves, shifts and coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team.
• Promote a vibrant workplace culture through engagement activities, internal communications, and celebrations.
• Implement HR policies, ensure labor‑law compliance, and handle basic grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Support performance review cycles, appraisal documentation, and manage exit formalities.

Required profile

• Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in media, startups, events, or creative organisations.
• Comfortable working with young, creative teams and fast timelines.
• Strong communication, coordination, and people skills.
• Organised, process‑driven, empathetic and able to maintain confidentiality.
