Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Human Resources Executive with deep expertise in talent acquisition for manufacturing environments and greenfield plant set‑ups. The role will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding—for large‑scale plant operations covering engineering, production, quality, maintenance and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar, grey‑collar and white‑collar positions, ensuring rapid turnaround for bulk and critical hires.
• Lead hiring for new plant or expansion projects, partnering with project teams to plan manpower phases and build the workforce from scratch, including leadership and technical roles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies such as campus hiring (ITI, diploma, engineering colleges) and local talent mapping for plant locations.
• Partner with plant leadership and project teams to provide market insights, salary benchmarking and hiring trends, while maintaining governance and reporting dashboards.
• Plan and run mass hiring drives, managing relationships with ITIs, polytechnics and engineering institutes.
• Strengthen employer branding in local and industry markets, ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and drive diversity hiring initiatives where applicable.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, offer‑to‑join ratio) and maintain MIS dashboards.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources (mandatory); engineering background is a plus.
• 3‑7+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial hiring.
• Demonstrated experience with greenfield or brownfield expansion projects and bulk/mass hiring.
