Human Resources Executive

About the role

Faria Holdings Private Limited is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Executive to join its team in Bardez, Goa. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day HR operations that keep our hospitality and real‑estate business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Manage recruitment activities, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure new hires are set up for success.
• Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.
• Address employee queries, resolve concerns, and promote engagement.
• Assist in drafting, communicating, and enforcing HR policies in line with Indian and Goan labour laws.
• Support performance‑management cycles and coordinate training initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and staffing needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Good knowledge of local labour regulations, especially those applicable in Goa.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Prior experience in real‑estate or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
