Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will lead talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement and performance management across a cluster of stores. The role ensures staffing aligns with budget, drives HR process excellence and supports a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute staffing for cluster stores, building talent pools through walk‑ins, NGOs and store‑level sourcing.
• Maintain HR operational standards: zero errors in offer generation, meet hiring timelines, produce dashboards and audits.
• Oversee onboarding, attendance tracking and productivity monitoring for brand staff.
• Implement HR policies, statutory compliance, payroll accuracy and benefit administration.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, rewards, recognition programs and satisfaction surveys.
• Manage attrition by conducting exit interviews, developing retention plans and sharing best practices.
• Lead performance cycles – goal setting, mid‑year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
• Resolve employee grievances promptly and ensure transparent promotion processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR operations within a multi‑store or retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to produce and act on HR dashboards and metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and error‑free processes.

Required skills

• Experience with HR information systems and payroll processing.
• Ability to design and run employee engagement and recognition programs.
• Competence in preparing and analyzing HR reports and dashboards.
