Human Resources Executive

About the role
The Human Resources Executive will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and work closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives. This role ensures that HR policies, programs, and practices support the organization’s growth and employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Facilitate performance management cycles, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
- Administer payroll, benefits administration, and related employee compensation matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles.
Required skills
- Proven ability to design and improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience delivering training to managers and staff.
- Strong organizational, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and sound judgment.
