Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Executive to join OHO Radios and support our growing media and field teams. You will play a key role in attracting talent, managing employee lifecycles, and fostering a vibrant workplace culture aligned with Uttarakhand pride.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition for radio, digital content, production, sales, marketing, on‑ground activations and operations, coordinating auditions, interviews and trial days.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, manage offer letters, joining formalities, employee documentation and act as the first HR touchpoint across locations.
• Track attendance, leaves and shifts; coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team and maintain up‑to‑date employee records.
• Drive culture, engagement and internal communication initiatives, including celebrations, RJ‑led interactions and team connect sessions.
• Implement HR policies, SOPs and code of conduct, ensuring compliance with labour laws and handling basic grievances.
• Support performance review cycles, appraisal documentation and manage exit formalities with professionalism.

Required profile

• Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of HR experience, preferably in media, startups, events or creative organisations.
• Excellent communication, coordination and people skills.
• Organised, process‑driven yet empathetic, with high integrity and confidentiality.
