Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will lead the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, and employee relations for a fast‑moving retail environment. You will act as the primary HR partner for store teams, ensuring compliance with labour laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for store associates, cashiers, and supervisors, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and coordinate ongoing training on customer service, product knowledge, and compliance.
• Serve as first point of contact for staff grievances, driving retention and reducing turnover.
• Oversee daily attendance, leave records, and provide accurate inputs for payroll processing.
• Assist store managers with performance appraisals and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure adherence to labour regulations such as the Shops & Establishment Act and maintain up‑to‑date employee records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 13 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, fashion or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Strong command of the MS Office Suite.
