Human Resources Apprenticeship – 12‑Month, 14k ₹/month Stipend

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Apprentice for a 12‑month programme based at our Kanjurmarg office. This apprenticeship offers a practical introduction to human resources functions while providing a stipend of 14,000 ₹ per month.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with recruitment activities, including posting job ads and screening candidates.
• Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
• Help with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Coordinate training sessions and internal communications.
• Perform general HR administrative tasks and data entry.

Required profile

• Graduate (2022 or later) from any stream, currently not employed elsewhere.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, learning‑oriented attitude.
• Serious interest in building a career in human resources.
• Willingness to answer interview questions such as “Why HR?” and “Where do you see yourself in 3‑5 years?”.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advantageous but not mandatory).
