Dusker AI is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and strengthen its people operations. Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless new‑hire experience.
• Manage employee relations by providing guidance and resolving workplace concerns.
• Maintain HR policies, employee records and documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback and performance reviews.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, learning and development initiatives.
• Manage HRIS and other HR tools to maintain accurate employee data and reporting.
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative and psychologically safe work environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes that support business growth.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws and compliance requirements in India.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to manage HR documentation, HRIS and employee records.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Professional HR certifications are a plus.
