HSE Advisor – Global/Regional HSE Services

About the role

Worley is seeking a proactive HSE Advisor to support its Global and Regional HSE services across the Americas, EMEA, APAC and India. You will work within a collaborative, matrixed environment, helping clients deliver complex energy, chemicals and resources projects while advancing sustainability and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HSE support to assigned global or regional teams.
• Assist projects, offices and functions in implementing Worley’s HSE Management System.
• Prepare and analyse HSE performance reports and assurance activities.
• Contribute to HSE improvement programmes and provide HSE inputs for proposals.
• Identify trends, issues and opportunities for continuous HSE enhancement.
• Collaborate with Global HSE, Regional HSE and other corporate functions.

Required profile

• Generalist HSE background with experience supporting multiple HSE lifecycle elements.
• Ability to work flexibly across regions and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Strong judgement, analytical skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours when global operational needs arise.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HSE management systems and related standards.
• Experience with HSE performance reporting and assurance processes.
• Familiarity with HSE improvement initiatives and proposal development.
