HR Trainee – Recruitment & Onboarding Support

About the role

This HR Trainee position offers hands‑on experience in the full recruitment and onboarding cycle. You will work closely with the HR team and external service providers to ensure smooth hiring and integration of new associates across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Collaborate with associate service providers to issue appointment and service letters.
• Facilitate onboarding, conduct orientation sessions, and verify completion of required documentation.
• Maintain and update associate master data in internal systems for all SSC locations.
• Manage time‑and‑attendance records for third‑party associates and share salary inputs with service providers.
• Review salary registers, process invoices, and coordinate salary releases with admin, finance, and service providers.
• Handle contract extensions, full‑and‑final settlements, and related documentation across all locations.
• Document training records, including attendance, feedback, and assessments.
• Support additional HR engagement activities such as the appraisal process.
