HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter who enjoys meeting new people and can quickly assess a candidate’s potential through insightful questioning. The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline and supporting the hiring needs of the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Qualify or reject applicants based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
• Achieve weekly targets for outreach calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• High energy, passion for recruitment, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
