About the role

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join Quantum Leap Learning Solutions. In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers while supporting the company’s talent acquisition goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand current candidate requirements.
• Develop and implement a structured recruitment strategy aligned with business needs.
• Write and publish job descriptions on recruitment websites and the company portal.
• Source qualified candidates through social media, internal databases, and various job portals.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates by engaging with institutions and professional communities.
• Craft personalized recruiting emails to attract passive talent.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct pre‑screening assessments and phone calls to evaluate candidate capabilities.
• Lead interviews using video conferencing, in‑person meetings, or telephone calls.
• Track applicant progress at each stage and provide timely follow‑up.
• Assist in delivering a positive onboarding experience for new hires.

Required profile
