HR Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑oriented HR Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while delivering an excellent candidate experience and meeting hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, agencies and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, shortlist and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Negotiate salary packages and issue offer letters.
• Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Update recruitment trackers, candidate databases and ATS.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment MIS reports and monitor metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire.

Required profile

• Dynamic and result‑oriented professional with experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Attention to detail in documentation and onboarding processes.
