HR Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts for sales positions. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Understand sales hiring needs by collaborating with department heads and hiring managers.
• Create and post job advertisements on portals, social media, and the company career page.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals and recruitment databases.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate managerial interviews.
• Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process, conduct reference and background checks, negotiate salary packages within guidelines and issue offer letters.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates to hiring managers and assist in workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, generate reports and support onboarding activities for new hires.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably for sales roles.
• Proven ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indian job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed for candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining recruitment databases.
