HR Recruiter – IT Hiring (Pan‑India)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter based in Jaipur to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for IT positions across India. You will act as a bridge between our clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates on skills, experience, communication and role fit.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and feedback between clients and internal teams.
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably for IT positions.
• Familiarity with major job portals and professional networks.
• Ability to understand and translate client hiring needs.
• Strong screening and interview skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Track‑record of meeting recruitment targets.
• Detail‑oriented with good database management skills.
