HR Recruiter – Full‑time, On‑site in Jaipur

About the role

First Attempt HR Solution is looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to join our Jaipur office. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for a variety of service‑industry clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client hiring needs and draft accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain communication with candidates and manage the candidate database.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and collaborate with the training division on talent development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in agency recruitment or hiring for service‑industry sectors such as telecom, banking, BPO or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings, prioritize tasks and meet hiring timelines.
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Effective use of job portals, social media platforms and professional networks for sourcing.
• Knowledge of basic HR practices, hiring policies and ethical recruitment standards.
