HR Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for our EdTech organization in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with candidates and ensure timely feedback.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer letters and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring MIS.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and close open positions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with recruitment trackers and candidate database management.
