HR & People Operations Manager

About the role

SuperProfile is scaling rapidly and needs a hands‑on HR & People Operations Manager to own the employee lifecycle and shape a high‑performance culture. You will partner with the Founder & Chief of Operations to build systems, elevate culture, and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – hiring, onboarding, records, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, attendance, leave, and off‑boarding.
• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies, create efficient hiring workflows, and improve employer branding and candidate experience.
• Develop and run engagement, recognition, wellness, and internal communication programs to foster belonging and high performance.
• Coordinate performance review cycles, goal setting, feedback frameworks, and career development initiatives.
• Evaluate, optimise and automate HR tools (HRMS, ATS) and build dashboards that give leadership visibility into hiring, retention, and workforce metrics.

Required profile

• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high‑growth startup.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end HR operations, payroll, compliance and labour law matters.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee engagement and performance management.
• Systems‑first mindset with a passion for building scalable processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Notion AI.
• Experience using workflow‑automation platforms to streamline HR processes.
• Familiarity with HRMS and ATS platforms and ability to create analytical dashboards.
