HR & People Operations Manager

About the role

SuperProfile is scaling rapidly and needs a hands‑on HR & People Operations Manager to design and run end‑to‑end people processes. You will partner with the Founder & Chief of Operations to build a high‑performing culture and deliver an exceptional employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle – hiring, onboarding, records management, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, attendance, leave and off‑boarding.
• Develop and automate scalable SOPs for HR operations, leveraging AI and workflow tools.
• Partner with business leaders to attract top talent, create efficient hiring workflows, and enhance employer branding.
• Design and run engagement, recognition, wellness and internal communication programmes.
• Handle employee relations with empathy and fairness, fostering trust and accountability.
• Coordinate performance review cycles, goal‑setting and feedback frameworks, and support managers in coaching conversations.
• Build learning, career development and people‑development initiatives.
• Evaluate, optimise and report on HR systems, HRMS, ATS and workforce metrics through dashboards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high‑growth startup environment.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end HR operations, payroll, compliance and labour law matters.
• Hands‑on recruitment experience with a focus on quality and speed.
• Strong ability to design processes, automate repetitive tasks and use data for decision‑making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, empathetic approach.
