HR Operations Apprentice (12‑month program)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join Airbus India in Bangalore as an HR Operations Apprentice. This 12‑month apprenticeship gives you hands‑on experience in core HR processes within a global aerospace leader.
Key responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Coordinate employee‑engagement initiatives and site‑wide HR events to promote company culture.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, certificates and internal communication materials.
Required profile
- Post‑graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- No prior full‑time professional experience (internships and academic projects are acceptable).
- Ability to commit to the full 12‑month programme.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Workday.
