HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will lead all human‑resources functions for Nymra Studios, an interior design and space‑planning firm based in Rajkot. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations and supporting the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle: write job ads, coordinate interviews, conduct selections and oversee new‑hire onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking and payroll inputs.
• Develop, communicate and update HR policies in line with Indian labour law.
• Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Design and deliver training, development and engagement programmes.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational development and culture initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably within design, creative or service‑oriented businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour legislation, HR policies and performance‑management frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
