HR Manager / Deputy Manager

About the role

As a member of the HR team at HINCOL, you will drive a wide range of people‑related initiatives, from talent acquisition to performance management and employee engagement. You will work closely with senior managers, the executive committee, and various internal and external stakeholders to align HR solutions with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes and ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, performance appraisals, employee relations, and off‑boarding.
• Develop and implement competency frameworks, training programmes, and career‑planning initiatives.
• Design and monitor KPIs and performance appraisal cycles across all levels.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends, improve retention, and enhance employee experience.
• Maintain and periodically review compensation and benefits structures, recommending policy updates.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
• Collaborate with line managers to coach low‑performing employees and drive performance improvement.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in HR/Personnel Management or MBA with HR focus from a recognised institute.
• 3–10 years of experience in a mid‑size organization covering talent acquisition, payroll, competency mapping, training & development, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
• Proven experience handling compensation, benefits, and payroll for 200‑300 employees.

• SAP HRM and SAP Payroll modules
• ERP payroll systems
• Data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel)
