About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function in Coimbatore. The role focuses on building a robust performance management framework and aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen the Performance Management System (PMS) framework.
- Develop and monitor KRA and KPI across all departments.
- Drive goal‑setting, performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Support managers with performance evaluation and improvement plans.
- Handle HR operations, employee engagement initiatives and HR policy administration.
- Align HR practices with overall business goals.
Required profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
- Relevant experience in HR Manager or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of PMS, KRA and KPI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Based in Coimbatore.
