HR Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager – HR Learning & Development will lead the creation of Meesho Academy, designing programs that build capabilities for early‑career hires and upskill the broader workforce, especially in AI and future‑ready skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments using data, leader and employee input to identify learning gaps.
• Design and deliver blended learning programs, including on‑the‑job, peer learning, and formal courses, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Develop AI‑driven curricula for in‑person and virtual training sessions.
• Define key results and measure ROI of training initiatives on productivity and skill development.
• Collaborate with COEs on employee experience, talent density, and manager capability to achieve strategic KR targets.

Required profile

• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from a premium institute.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, consulting, or strategic roles.
• Strong understanding of multiple HR domains (talent, rewards, culture, org design).
• Ability to dive deep in a domain while keeping an enterprise‑wide perspective.
• First‑principles thinking and ability to anticipate second‑order impacts.
• Exceptional structuring skills for problem statements, frameworks, and rollout plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working with senior leadership.
