HR Generalist – Fresh Graduate (Software Engineer Trainee)

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our dynamic Talent Management team. You will support day‑to‑day HR activities, receive a stipend during the training period, and earn a certificate upon successful completion.
Key responsibilities
- Perform generalist HR tasks and assist with employee onboarding.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Organize internal events, meetings, and maintain employee records.
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Support audit‑related activities.
- Assist with performance management and appraisal processes.
Required profile
- Entry‑level knowledge of HR functions.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Passion for people management.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Recent graduate (BBA, BCA, BCOM, MBA) preferred.
