HR Fresher (AI-Aware) – HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, technology‑driven fresher to join our Human Resources team as an HR Executive with a focus on AI‑enabled processes. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and emerging HR technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Source candidates using job portals, professional networks, campus hiring, and AI‑powered sourcing tools.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Assist with onboarding activities, documentation, and employee induction.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
• Learn and operate modern HR technologies such as ATS, HRMS, AI chatbots, and workforce analytics platforms.
• Help implement AI‑enabled HR processes and automate repetitive administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a B.E./B.Tech degree and an MBA in Human Resources.
• Strong interest in HR practices and people management.
• Curiosity to explore and apply AI tools in daily HR activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Basic knowledge of HR Management Systems (HRMS).
• Understanding of AI chatbots and workforce analytics platforms.
• Experience with AI‑based recruitment and automation tools.
