HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team in Jubilee Hills. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations while driving recruitment activities across various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities and maintain personnel records.
- Maintain attendance records and employee documentation.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with different departments.
- Prepare HR reports and keep recruitment data up‑to‑date.
- Assist with other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good coordination, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
