HR Executive – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

Health Total is seeking an HR Executive to drive recruitment, employee relations and HR strategy across its fast‑growing health and wellness business in India. You will work alongside top medical experts and under the mentorship of renowned nutritionist Anjali Mukerjee, gaining exposure to a diverse client base nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, demands and other issues.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing on multiple portals.
• Oversee the full employee life‑cycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Support business needs through talent development, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Design, monitor and evaluate training programs based on identified needs.
• Report HR metrics to senior management and provide decision‑support insights.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory HR requirements.

Required profile

• MBA in Human Resources or a graduate degree (or higher).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with recruitment portals and full‑cycle hiring.
• Creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinker for sourcing and hiring.
• Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
• Eagerness to learn continuously and work collaboratively in a team.
