HR Executive – Operations

About the role

Join Licious as an HR Executive focused on Operations and play a key part in supporting our fast‑growing D2C food‑tech business. You will ensure smooth onboarding, maintain accurate employee records, and coordinate essential HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new‑joiner onboarding, create employee IDs and keep HR system records up‑to‑date.
• Maintain and update employee information in HR databases and trackers, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with vendors for background checks, monitor progress and ensure timely closure of pending cases.
• Prepare and issue employee letters such as offer, confirmation, transfer and other HR‑related documents.
• Verify vendor invoices, liaise with finance and ensure timely payment processing for HR‑related services.
• Provide documentation and process support during internal and external HR audits, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
