About the role

We are seeking a passionate, technology‑driven fresher to join our Human Resources team as an HR Executive (AI‑Aware). This entry‑level position blends traditional HR practices with emerging artificial‑intelligence tools to streamline talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Source candidates using job portals, professional networks, campus hiring, employee referrals, and AI‑powered sourcing tools.
• Screen and evaluate resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Utilise modern HR technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Management Systems (HRMS), AI chatbots, and workforce analytics platforms.
• Assist in implementing AI‑enabled HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle and automate repetitive administrative tasks.
• Generate HR documentation, policies, reports, and employee communications using AI‑driven solutions.
• Support onboarding activities, coordinate joining formalities, and maintain accurate employee records with confidentiality.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech degree (mandatory).
• MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
• Strong interest in HR, people management and AI‑enabled HR technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
