HR Executive (AI‑Aware) – Fresh Graduate

About the role

We are seeking a passionate fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team as an HR Executive with a focus on AI‑enabled HR technology. This role blends traditional HR functions with emerging artificial intelligence tools to create smarter, faster people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Source candidates using job portals, professional networks, campus hiring and AI‑powered sourcing tools.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Work with modern HR technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Management Systems (HRMS), AI chatbots and workforce analytics platforms.
• Assist in automating repetitive HR tasks using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Help generate HR documentation, policies, reports and employee communications with AI‑driven solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, joining formalities and maintain accurate employee records.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech degree (mandatory).
• MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
• Strong interest in HR, people management and AI‑enabled HR technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity to learn and apply AI tools in day‑to‑day HR activities.
