HR Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

About the role

Alcon is launching the Elevate HR team to reimagine how HR delivers value. We are seeking a Process Engineer who will drive continuous improvement of HR processes, using data insights and automation to create smarter, faster services.

Key responsibilities

• Support redesign and continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance service delivery.
• Leverage data insights (CSAT, ticketing, complaints) to identify trends, root causes, and develop sustainable improvements.
• Partner with SMEs and cross‑functional stakeholders to analyze gaps and co‑create scalable, efficient solutions, including automation and digital enhancements.
• Establish clear process standards, documentation, and performance tracking for consistency and transparency.
• Enable successful adoption of new processes through change support while ensuring alignment with policies, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for process mapping and redesign.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Bonus: Lean Six Sigma certification or similar training.
