HR Business Partner – Sales

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will act as an HR Business Partner for the sales function, aligning people strategies with business objectives. Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and champion employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support sales goals and drive performance.
• Lead talent acquisition for corporate functions, manage onboarding and design training programs.
• Support performance management processes, identify high-potential talent and create career development plans.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, handle employee relations issues and promote an inclusive workplace.
• Analyse HR metrics, report on turnover, engagement and workforce trends to senior leadership.
• Assist in change-management initiatives, communicating plans and supporting employees through transitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2-4 years of HR experience with a focus on business partnering and corporate functions.
• Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Indian labour laws.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
