HR Business Partner – E‑Commerce Operations & Technology

About the role

Ninjacart is seeking a people‑centric HR Business Partner to support its Operations, E‑Commerce, and Technology teams. The role will act as the primary HR liaison, building trust, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive employee experience across frontline and tech staff.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders in Operations, E‑Commerce, Procurement, Key Accounts, and Technology on people‑related matters.
• Translate business priorities into practical HR solutions and act as a trusted advisor on employee concerns and team effectiveness.
• Maintain regular field visits, employee connects, skip‑level discussions, and feedback forums to strengthen relationships.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a productive work environment.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including operations, procurement, and technology, to address workforce challenges.
