HR Associate Partner – Operations

About the role

The HR Associate Partner supports Amazon Logistics stations by implementing HR plans, ensuring compliance, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will act as the primary HR liaison for station teams, helping to onboard new associates, resolve attendance and payroll issues, and drive employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coach team leaders and learning ambassadors to ensure smooth onboarding of associates.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to correct attendance, leave, and payroll anomalies.
• Lead Associate Centered Leadership (ACL) practices in coordination with HR Business Partners.
• Maintain headcount alignment with labor management and coordinate with the WFS team.
• Support a positive employee relations climate by collaborating with site leaders and HRBPs.
• Develop fluency in HR policies and ensure business adherence and compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports and data insights to improve station scorecards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen projects at the station level.
• Maintain 100% labor compliance and coordinate with manpower agencies for disciplinary tickets, payroll, and benefits.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of human resources experience.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products for at least 6 months.
• Experience working in confidential environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
