About the role
The Housekeeping Team Leader will support the efficient operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while delivering high‑quality service to guests and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the efficient running of the housekeeping department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public floor areas.
- Support the team in meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
