About the role
We are looking for a polished and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage the day‑to‑day housekeeping operations at an ultra‑high net‑worth private residence. The role ensures that every area of the home meets luxury‑level cleanliness and presentation standards while leading a team of housekeeping associates.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Maintain luxury‑level cleanliness and presentation across all rooms and public areas.
- Manage linen, amenities, and housekeeping inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify standards are met.
- Coordinate with maintenance and service teams to address any issues promptly.
- Train and guide housekeeping associates on standard operating procedures and grooming standards.
Required profile
- Experience in luxury hotels, private residences, or the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team‑management skills.
- Professional grooming and a service‑oriented attitude.
