About the role

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Guest Service Associate to maintain clean, hygienic and safe environments throughout the property. The role focuses on delivering impeccable housekeeping standards that enhance guest satisfaction and support the hotel's operational profitability.

Key responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, public areas, executive offices and other assigned spaces.
  • Ensure all areas meet the brand’s cleanliness standards consistently.
  • Identify and report any issues that could affect guest safety or hotel interests to management.
  • Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude toward guests and team members at all times.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff.

Required profile

  • Positive attitude and motivation to work collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant housekeeping experience.
  • Good operational experience in a hotel or similar environment.
